Yes, our storage facility has well-lit, 24/7 access with a secure entry system, to ensure only current customers have access to the facility.
Yes, insurance is required at a small monthly fee to cover all of your personal belongings. The insurance will be bought directly through SJ You-Store.

Payments are made by credit card. The first month's payment is processed online during the ordering process, and subsequent payments will be charged on the day of each renewal period.
Items that are prohibited for storage are animals/reptiles, food items, perishable goods, flammable materials, explosives, and any goods that violate municipal bylaws, the laws of NB, or the laws of Canada.
This includes everyday household items such as car batteries, weed killers, paint, and motor oil, as well as fireworks, or biological waste.
The facility is fully fenced-in, well-lit with 24/7 security camera footage.
If desiring to change to a different size storage unit, please inform us and we will accommodate you when there is availability.
Once your forms and payments have been processed, you will be given access credentials to enter the gated facility. You will be met by a member of the SJ You-Store team who will give your personal lock code to access your storage vault. You will have drive-up access to your storage vault to allow you to unload your items into it.
Yes, there is a minimum of 14 days’ notice before moving out of a storage unit. Note that we do not provide refunds, so if you will be moving out in the middle of your cycle, let us know before you pay in advance so that you only pay for what you need during that cycle.
